In the past, we have been asked on a number of occasions whether our chairs arrive fully assembled. This question is answered on a ‘chair-by-chair basis’, as some products - such as those in our Fast Food Seating range - do arrive fully assembled, whilst others - such as a selection of our executive office chairs and mesh chairs – require assembly on delivery.
However, if you’ve opted for a self-assembly product, but really don’t have the time or the inclination to construct it yourself, then you’ll be pleased to learn that we do offer a pre-assembly service on a large volume of our products. There are two ways to find out about our service – it is either advertised next to the product in question as an additional service, or if no reference is made to pre-assembly, just call our friendly sales line with your order and we’ll be able to confirm whether it’s a possibility or not. In most cases, the answer will be ‘yes’, so it’s always worth enquiring.
Whilst there is a small additional charge for the Desk Office pre-assembly service, for many it proves cost-efficient in terms of time and effort – especially in cases where large volume orders have been placed, for example conference centres, community centres, schools and office refurbishments.
